Health Association Nova Scotia (HANS) is a non-profit, non-government, membership-based association with over 65 years of experience providing exceptional human resources shared services; Group Benefits Solutions; Organizational Effectiveness (including Financial Services and Payroll Services); People & Partners (including Provincial Clinical Programs and Educational Solutions such as the CCA Program, DUTJ Registry, RPL Program, and Recruitment & Retention Program); and Member Services & Solutions (including Labour Relations, Technical Services, and the Group Purchasing Program). Through Collective Impact Services, we also provide policy support for our continuing care and disability support program members, assisting them in promoting positive change across these vital sectors.
