Collective Impact Services

Collective Impact Services is comprised of a team of professionals with expertise in policy development and analysis; research, data analysis and decision support; and public relations. The service provides policy support to  Health Association continuing care member forums (Continuing Care Council, Long Term Care Nova Scotia, the Home Care Network and Diverse Abilities NS), helping them to develop solutions to system challenges through representation, facilitation and a variety of activities, including analyzing policy impacts on members/sectors, information/data collection, research, analysis and reporting.
